I have graduated (B.Sc, M.Sc, Ph.D) from UET, Peshawar within the year 2025 and am eligible for Convocation 2026, expected in the 1st week of February 2026.
Candidates must submit a Convocation Registration Fee of Rs. 1500/- (UET Peshawar graduates) and Rs. 3000/- (graduates of affiliated engineering colleges – non-refundable) in any branch of United Bank Ltd. throughout Pakistan, Account No. 205505522. After successful fee deposit, candidates will receive a sequence number/transaction ID, 4-digit bank branch code, and date of transaction, which will be used as an authentication key for online registration.
UET Peshawar reserves the right to issue invitation cards to parents/guardians of postgraduate students and gold medalists as per the seating capacity of the hall.
Participation in the rehearsal is mandatory and will be held one day before the convocation.
I shall attend the rehearsal one day before the convocation.
I shall reach the convocation hall at 8:00 a.m. on the convocation day; late arrival may result in denial of entry.
I shall not create any disturbance during the convocation and will hand over mobile phones or any prohibited items for security purposes.
Hoods and gowns can be obtained from respective departments or the Academic Regulation Section against a refundable security fee of Rs. 1500/-.
Parents may be allowed as per the capacity of the hall; they shall not accompany graduates inside the hall.
